Rome Resident Accused of Selling Meth to Confidential Informant

A 31 year old Rome, Georgia man has been arrested on felony warrants charging him with conspiracy to possess methamphetamine and the sale of methamphetamine.

According to the warrants, Zachary Andrew Woods conspired with another person to arrange the purchase of methamphetamine back on March 6th.  Then on March 10th, Woods sold meth to a confidential informant.

He has also been charged with the use of a communication facility to commit a crime involving drugs, giving a false name or date of birth to a law enforcement official, and failure to appear in court, in addition to a probation violation.
