Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Shane Shell, age 44 of Piedmont – Driving Under the Influence/Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree;

Haley Metz, age 30 of Marietta, Georgia = Alias Writ of Arrest;

Joey Tidmore, age 43 of Ft Payne – Possession of Dangerous Drugs;

and

Jason Hunter, age 39 of Collinsville – Theft of Property 1st Degree and four counts of Breaking/Entering of a Motor Vehicle.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently there are 83 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
