Units with both the Gaylesville and Cedar Bluff fire departments were dispatched to reports of a shed fire – near the intersection of County Roads 82 and 137 early Friday morning. Floyd EMS was also called out.
That call went out at approximately 5:20am, with information indicating the fire had already spread to the surrounding wood line.
At 6:40, firefighters on the scene reported that the fire had been extinguished and no one was hurt in connection with the incident.
It’s unclear at this point, exactly what caused the blaze.
