The Cherokee County Career & Tech Center has released a list of ‘Spotlight Students’ for the month of October.

John Swain III said “Career Tech Education classes helped me realize how much I enjoy working on cars and I am learning how to become a professional in the workplace.”

Swain is currently studying Automotive Service Technology.

Claire Williams is currently studying Accounting Finance. She said “CTE classes helped me to decide my college and career path by providing a chance to learn skills and participate in hands-on learning.”

Auburn Mullins is focusing on Career Prep and said “CTE helped me to prepare my future college and career plans by introducing me to many different career paths and helping me figure out what college classes to take and deciding a major.”
