Mrs. Gloria Sherie Chandler, age 72 of Leesburg, Al. passed away Wednesday November 10, 2021 in a Rome hospital.
Mrs. Chandler was July 2, 1949 in Floyd County, Ga. She was a member of Union United Methodist Church in Leesburg. She was preceded in death by her mother, Gladys Carver, father, Charlie B. Carter, sister, Donna Chandler Edwards.
Survivors include her son, John (Doris) Carter, daughter, Janetha (Tim) Nelson, brother, Charlie Chandler, two grandchildren, Blake Carter, Timberly Nelson, special friend, Linda Abernathy, one uncle, Duell Carver, and one Aunt Eunice.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 Am (CST) on Saturday November 13, 2021 at Good Shepherd Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev.
Clayton Robertson, officiating.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 Am until the service hour on Saturday.
