Investigators with the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office recently received a tip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children – regarding underage pornographic material possibly being at a residence on County Road 659 in Ft Payne.
As a result of an investigation 30 year old James Robert Ball was subsequently placed under arrest on twelve counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
That case remains under investigation.
