Cherokee County Arrest Files:

David Hartline, age 41 of Ft Payne – Contrmpt of Court/Failure to Appear;

Clifford Barron, age 50 of Gadsden – Bondsman off Bond;

and

Michael Martin, age 45 of Centre – Contempt of Court/Failure to Appear

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 77 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center
