Heather Gray, 30 of Cedar Bluff – Fraudulent Use of Debit/Credit Card (two counts)

and

Candace Thompson, age 34 of Cedar Bluff – Possession of Dangerous Drugs and Possession of Concealed Weapon without a Permit

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
