Theft of Property & Theft of Services – Occurred at 112 Airport Road W, four pillows, pillow protectors and pillow cases were taken, one night of lodging was not paid for, valued at $308.00
Damaged Property – Occurred at 6409 Banks Drive NW, a mail box and post were damaged, valued at $100.00

Laramie Michael McCurdy, age 21 of Dawson, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 2:55 pm
Ronald Fernado Chanquin Quevedo, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence and Interference with a Domestic Violence Emergency Call at 11:37 pm

Theft of Property – Occurred at Lowe’s, a DeWalt Oscill tool, DeWalt Brushless Reciprocating Saw, Two DeWalt Impact Drivers, a DeWalt Cordless Cutout, and Two DeWalt Brushless Screw Guns were taken, valued at $1203.00

Domingo Andres, age 46 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 4:46 pm
James Roger Plumlee, age 58 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of any Substance at 10:00 pm

An accident occurred on I-59 and mile marker 224, Tridarious Devonte McKinley, age 24 of Chattanooga, driving a 2014 International Semi, struck Robert Don Haney, age 65 of Bryant, driving a 2018 Ford F150. Haney then struck Cathrine Nichole Kirkland, 28 of Berry, driving a 2019 Chevrolet Traverse who then struck Lillie Camille McCrary, age 24 of Pisgah, driving a 2020 KIA Sorento. Haney was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
