Breanna Hancock, 29 of Cedar Bluff was booked in at the Cherokee County Detention Center at 1:39 Friday morning on charges of Drug Paraphernalia-1st Offense, Possession of Marijuana 2nd, Theft of Property 3rd.
Arrests are based on probable cause, all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
