Earlier in the week, Cherokee County Sheriff Jeff Shaver promoted Sgt. Jordan Kelley to the rank of Lieutenant.

Lt. Kelley heads up the School Resource Officer (SRO) division of the Sheriff’s Office and is assigned to Cedar Bluff School.  

The Sheriff stated, “Jordan does an outstanding job working with the schools and this promotion is well-deserved.”
