SPRING GARDEN – The Sand Rock junior high volleyball team captured the 2021 Cherokee County Junior High Tournament championship on Tuesday.
Sand Rock defeated Cedar Bluff 25-18, 24-26, 15-13; Centre Middle School 25-15, 25-19; and Spring Garden in the championship match 25-21, 25-17.
The Lady Wildcats are coached by Lisa Bates, Johnny Howell and Mandy St. Clair.
