James Welborn Burke, age 93 of Centre, passed away Wednesday, September 8th at his residence.
Survivors include son, Michael Barry (Maria) Burke; daughters, Doni (William) Patty, Sandra (Jeff) Figone; brothers, Doug Burke, George (Delores) Burke; 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Joan Burke; daughters, Mary Jo Burke, Shari Ann Whitaker; brother, Harry Eugene Burke Jr.; sister, Mary Burke.
Mr. Burke was a native of Centre, the son of the late Harry Eugene Burke and Hazel Gaddy Burke, and was of the Baptist faith.
