Centre Police and Fire units responded to reports of a two-vehicle accident occurring at 12:00noon on the Chesnut Bypass in Centre; the collision, involving an 18 wheeler and a passenger car, took place in front of Generations Bank and resulted in the driver of the car being treated at the scene by Floyd EMS units.
