Troopers Work Two Accidents with Injuries in Cherokee County on Thursday

Alabama State Troopers worked two separate single-vehicle wrecks – both involving injuries – in Cherokee County on Thursday.

The first mishap was at 4:29pm on County Road 48 when the driver, listed on reports as a female resident of Cedar Bluff, lost control of her 2005 Chevrolet and crashed.

Just over an hour later, at approximately 5:45, a male driver from Rome, Georgia, in a 2014 Jeep Cherokee, wrecked on County Road 115.

Both drivers were transported to area hospitals for treatment of unspecified injuries

Both wrecks remain under investigation by the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency
