A resident of Grant was fatally injured in a motorcycle wreck over the weekend.
27 year old Justin Allen Guffey was killed Saturday night when the Suzuki motorcycle that he was driving collided with a Ford pickup around 9:20 on Highway 79. The crash occurred near Seibold Creek Road roughly two miles north of Guntersville. Guffey was pronounced dead at the scene.
That wreck remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
