Logan Martin, age 41 of Gaylesville – Driving Under the Influence/Alcohol and Sale of Prohibited Liquors;

Michael Russell, age 56 of Centre – CHARGES NOT AVAILABLE;

Michael Stiles, age 48 of Gadsden – Probation Violation and Failure to Appear/Comply/Pay;

and

Justin Baker, age 35 of Centre – Assault 3rd Degree.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
