One person has been arrested, police believe he has been stealing copper from T-Mobile towers.
Authorities in St. Clair County have been investigating the thefts from around their county and were able to identify Garret Putman as the suspect.
He was arrested for first degree theft and other outstanding warrants. He is being held on a $32,500 bond.
