Mrs. Laura McTune Brown, age 85 of Centre, passed away Tuesday, July 26th
at Redmond Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services will be 2:PM Thursday, July 29th at Perry Funeral
Home Chapel, with Rev. Melvyn Salter and Rev. Eddie Nation
officiating; burial will follow in Cherokee Memory Gardens. 

The family will receive friends from 12 until 2:PM Thursday at the funeral home.
Survivors include a son, Bruce (Donna) Brown; daughter, Janella Brown
(Steven) McKinney; grandchildren, Jessica (Dustin) Schraud, Brooke
McKinney, Bowen McKinney, Ashley & Jason Raley, Matthew Hammond; 10
great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Waine Brown

Mrs. Brown was a native of Itawamba County, MS, the daughter of the
late William Owen and Jessie Mae Alverson McTune, she was a school
teacher and was a member of Centre First Baptist Church.
