Clay Hart, age 51 of Centre, passed away Friday, July 16th at UAB Hospital.

Funeral services will be 5:PM Wednesday, July 21st at Perry Funeral
Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Howell Cemetery. The family will
receive friends from 4 until 5:PM Wednesday at the funeral home.

Survivors include daughter, Callie Savannah Hart; parents, Jerry Sammy
(Kathy) Hart, Betty Hart; step-brother, Bruce Taliferro; step-sister,
Tana (Kevin) Bowers.

Mr. Hart was a native of Houston County, GA, owns a Pharmacy and was
of the a member of the Hunter Street Baptist Church in Hoover.
