One Injured In Single Vehicle Accident On County Road 19

There was a single vehicle accident taking place on County Road 19 near County Road 59 in the Mt.

Weisner area of Cherokee County just before noon on Friday.

At least one person was taken to the hospital for treatment after the vehicle left the road and reportedly struck a tree.

The drive had to be assisted from the vehicle by firefighters.

The Mt. Weisner Fire Department, Floyd EMS and Alabama State Troopers responded to the scene.
