A Ragland woman is being charged with two counts of financial exploitation of the elderly. Both are Class B felonies, according to the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office.
55-year-old Kelly Ward has been arrested after the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint about possible financial abuse.
Ward’s bond is set at $60,000.
