A Gadsden woman is being held in the Etowah County Detention Center charged with ten counts of the Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Card, and with one count of Theft 4th Degree Kimberly Dawn Lumpkin, age 32, was out on bond when she was arrested July 10th.
She is accused of illegally using a debit card belonging to a family member.
She is currently being held on bonds totaling $16,000.
