Jessica Lynn Dry, age 40 of Ft Payne – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Drinking in Public;

Sabin Martinst Nation, age 23 of Centre – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Speeding;

Vincent Alexander Johnston, age 43 of Centre – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Domestic Violence 3rd Degree and Being Under the Influence of Alcohol;

Heather Lee-Ann Simonds, age 37 of Rome, Georgia – Grand Jury Indictment/Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Failure to Appear on the prior charge of Driving while Suspended;

Reginald Jerome Sandridge, age 37 of Gadsden – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Promoting Prison Contraband 2nd Degree;

and

Kathy Lamone Smith, age 56 of Centre – Theft of Property 4th Degree.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
