According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report, a Sylacauga man was pronounced dead at the scene – after the motorcycle that he was riding hit a cow Monday night.
The report stated that 36 year old Robert Atchley was fatally injured when he struck the cow, which was reportedly in the middle of Russell Chapel Road around 8:35 that night.
