Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Tonya Renee Summerville, age 42 of Cedar Bluff and Margaret Marie Dyer, 56 from Collinsville each charged with the Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Summerville is currently on Hold for another agency;

Sandra Faith Brinkerhoff, age 40 of Alvin, Texas – Domestic Violence 2nd Degree;

and

Harley Hope Loyd, age 22 of Leesburg – Bond Revocation.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 91 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
