Dr. Payne joined her Heavenly Father At her home on Friday, June 18, 2021.
She was preceded in death by Her Daughter: Mindi Payne, Father: Charles Malcom, Step-Father: John Dooley.
She was an Alumnus from Collinsville High School, Georgetown University, Bachelor of Arts, Point Loma Nazarene University, Master of Arts University of Alabama, Doctor of Philosophy in Physiology.
Dr. and Mr. Payne both traveled and Lived across the country. She returned to Alabama to successfully Pursue a Ph.D. at the University of Alabama in Physiology. She was A lifelong student and teacher. She remained very active in her Church and community.
The Family will receive Friends At the funeral home on Monday, June 21, 2021 from 12-2pm.
