Roy Lee Pitts, age 61 of Silver Creek, Georgia – DUI;

Bobby Allen Ball, age 33 of Forsyth, Georgia – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Escape/Fugitive from Justice;

Gary Joe Cox, age 71 of Centre – Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

Merissa Skylar Mobbs, age 34 of Centre – Violation of Protection Order, Attempting to Elude and Court Order x3;

and

Kaley Louise Brown, 28 of Centre – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance (two counts), Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Bond Revocation

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 88 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
