Etowah County Woman Arrested An Etowah County woman was arrested on drug and weapon charges locally over the weekend.
Kelly Nicole Gibbs, age 40 of Attalla, was booked into jail around 4:00am Sunday, and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, in addition to Carrying a Pistol without a Permit.
She was released just after 4:00 that afternoon after posting bond of $3,400.
