A man sustained a head injury after falling from Yellow Creek Falls on Saturday.
Rescue workers had to carry the man from the scene to an ambulance where he was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Floyd EMS, Rescue Squad personnel and Leesburg Firefighters were called to the scene.
The mans condition is not known at this time.
