Cherokee County Arrest Files:
Jose Leonardo Lopez age 23 from Galveston – was booked into jail just before 5:00am Sunday on one count each of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Disorderly Conduct.
He currently remains in the Cherokee County Detention Center on bond of $4,000.
Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Currently there are 83 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
