Phillip Gregory Lawson, age 40 of Leesburg – Public Intoxication, Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree;

Gregory Herman Clance, age 58 of Centre – Hold for Another Agency;

Jason Duane Phillips, age 48 of Centre – Burglary 3rd Degree;

Summer Dawn Phillips, age 30 of Cedar Bluff – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Cody Shayne Thompson, age 26 of Bridgewater, Iowa – Bond Revocation;

and

Tony Ray McMurray, age 54 of Piedmont – Domestic Violence 3rd Degree/Menacing.

Arrests are base on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court f law

Currently there are 100 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
