Brandie Renea Hooper, 33 of Collinsville – Failure to Appear for Possession of Marijuana and Negotiating Worthless Negotiable instruments.
Arrests are based on probable cause, all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. There are currently 95 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
