A Cherokee County woman was jailed on multiple charges Thursday – Angel Michelle Slayton, age 36 of Cedar Bluff was booked into jail just after 4:00pm on charges of the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (two counts), the Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Slayton was released at around 9:00 that night after making bond which had been set at $6,000.
