Both drivers were hurt in a two-vehicle accident taking place Monday afternoon next door in DeKalb County.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report, the collision was on Alabama Highway 75 at the 74 mile marker at 5:20pm involving a 2004 Volvo and a 2013 Chevrolet. Both the driver of the Volvo, noted on that report as a male resident of Ft Payne – and the driver of the Chevrolet, a female resident of Rainsville were taken for treatment.
No additional information was immediately available.
That wreck remains under investigation by state troopers.
