Michael Lamar Helms, age 25 of Gaylesville – Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

Stephen Richard Stone, age 53 of Cedar Bluff – DUI;

Jared Allen Romines, age 27 of Centre – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Driving while License Suspended (three counts), FFailure to Register Vehicle, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Theft of Property 2nd Degree;

Timothy Dale Teems, age 59 of Centre – Grand Jury Indictment/Theft of Property 2nd Degree;

Matthew David Delevie, age 40 of Centre – Probation Violation;

and

Danny Michael Mulkey, age 51 of Silver Creek, Georgia – Residential Build without a License.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently there are 80 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
