One person was hurt in a single-vehicle accident in Cherokee County overnight.

According to that Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report, a male resident of Auburn, Georgia, driving a 2015 Jaguar – lost control of the vehicle on County Road 239 at approximately 12:15am (Thursday) and crashed.

No additional information was available regarding the extent of his injuries.

That wreck remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
