Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Dennis Howard Ingram, age 35of Gadsden – Failure to Appear/Probation Revocation;

Cecil Coleman Minyard, age 53 of Spring Garden – Burglary 3rd Degree (two counts) and Theft of Property 1st Degree;

Margie Lynn Lucas, age 39 of Piedmont – Court Order;

and

Rickey Jerome Noblitt, age 56 of Boaz – Possession with Intent to Distribute.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently there are 68 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center
