There was a two-vehicle accident involving a log truck and a pickup truck on County Road 18 – between County Roads 113 and 45 – at around 11:30 Wednesday morning.
Neither the driver of the 2014 GMC pickup, a male resident of Centre, or the driver of the 2005 Freightline, a male from Jacksonville – was hurt in the mishap.
The McCords Fire Department was dispatched to the location.
The cause of the wreck remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
