Shawn Aaron Huck, age 44 of Centre, passed away peacefully, with his wife by his side, on Monday, April 12th at Floyd Medical Center in Rome, GA.

 

Graveside services will be 3:00 PM Saturday, April 17th at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery, with Bro. Bill Rorie and Bro. Jeff McElroy officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 3:00PM Saturday at the cemetery.

 

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

 

Survivors include his wife, Sabrina Givens Huck; son, Chevy Huck of Hokes Bluff; daughters, Jordann Huck of Jacksonville and Sadie Huck of Centre; mother, Debra Huck of Centre; grandmother, Faye Pruitt of Gadsden. In-Laws; Jackie & Mary Givens, Centre, sister-in-law; Delena Givens, Centre, nephews; Garrett & Jeffrey Givens, Centre, chosen nephew; Dawson Dodd. Mr. Huck was preceded in death by his father; Richard, brother; Shane.

 

Shawn was a good son, husband, father, & friend. He never met a stranger, even though he thought he did. He could light up a room with his laugh & smile, and always had a story to tell, true or false. To know him was to love him.  He will be missed by many.

 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
