In the Cherokee County Arrest Files;

Arthur Maynard Fincher, age 46 of Gadsden – Failure to Appear  on a Probation Vocation;

Marty Leon Cobb, age 50 of Centre – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance (two counts), Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (two counts) and Promoting Prison Contraband 2nd Degree;

Avery Chance Gober, age 18 of Gaylesville and Taylor David Reynolds, age 18 of Rainsville – each charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 67 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center
