Cherokee County Arrest Files:

John Charles Usry, age 68 of Centre – Court Order;

Christopher Kenzie Chandler, age 29 of Centre – Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

William Cicero Furr, age 72 of Gadsden – Violation of the Prohibition Law and DUI;

and

Jonathon Matthew Nicholson, age 33 of Cedar Bluff – Bond Revocation and Failure to Appear on prior charges of Unlawful Distribution of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Driving while Revoked and Failure to Display Insurance.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently there are 69 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
