* Flood stage is 567’ – at that level flooding of lakeside property occurs. Some docks and boathouses become inundated.

* Minor flooding is occurring with more possible.

A Flash Flood Watch continues for – Parts of central, east central, northeast, northwest and west central Alabama, including Cherokee and Etowah counties 

* Through this evening 

* Rainfall amounts from one to three inches expected within the watch area.
