Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Michael Scott Crawford, age 44 of Birmingham – DUI/Any Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Charges;

Christy Corne Hogue, age 40 of Lafayette, Georgia – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance (two counts), Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Receiving Stolen Property 1st Degree;

Autumn Haley Hernandez, age 19 of Northport and Christopher Dean Perry, age 24 of Berry – each charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree;

and

Eric Klye Hooper, age 27 of Collinsville – Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree and Reckless Endangerment.

Arrests are based probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently there are 66 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
