Due to recent heavy rain, and more on the way, Weiss Lake has risen above summer pool of 564 feet – and could reach an elevation near 570 feet as early as this Tuesday (March 30th).

Spill Gates are OPEN.

Alabama Power Company will provide periodic lake level updates.

  Those individuals with boats and any water-related equipment and/or facilities should take action now to protect their property.

As of 6:25am Saturday (March 27th) thw Weiss Lake level was 565’ 11”
