Stephanie Deanne Warren, age 48 of Centre – Possession with Intent to Distribute and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

John Edward Whitmire, age 32 of Cedar Bluff – Trafficking, Attempting to Elude, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Joshua Woodrow Anderson, age 25 of Collinsville – DUI/Controlled Substance;

Savannah Grace Smith, age 20 of Centre – Bond Revocation and Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance;

Bobby Harold Smith, age 42 of Centre – Grand Jury Indictment/Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Theft of Property 2nd Degree;

and

Damien Michael Bailey, age 38 of Centre – Domestic Violence by Strangulation.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently there are 67 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
