Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Ethan Scott Nichols, age 19 of Piedmont – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Burglary 3rd Degree, Theft of Property 3rd Degree and Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree;

and

Traci Maxine green, age 55 of Rome, Georgia – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Receiving Stolen Property 3rd Degree.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent unti proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently there are 63 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
