A Cherokee County man was booked into jail Sunday just before 1:30pm and charged with the Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and DUI.
Forty-two year old Robert Daniel Borders of Centre, remains in the Cherokee County Detention Center with bond set at $4,000.
