Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Jessica Jean Landers, 28 of Piedmont – the Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia along with Promoting Prison Contraband 2nd Degree – she was also charged with failure to appear on prior  counts of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree;

Robert Kaleb Hilburn, age 28 of Centre – Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct and Giving False Information to a Law Enforcement Official;

Tyler Nathanial Adams, age 22 of Leesburg – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Attempted Assault 2nd Degree (two counts);

Michael Larry McCauley, age 38 of Leesburg – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Chemical Endangerment of a Child;

Jack Ryan Moore, age 18 of Cedar Bluff – Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, Carrying a Pistol without a Permit and Attempting to Elude;

Jeremy Lee Crane, age 37 of Cedar Bluff – Grand Jury Indictment/Attempting to Elude;

and

Edward Harley Sexton, age 46 of Leesburg – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Theft of Property 2nd and 3rd Degree.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently there are 75 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
