Sometime between 12/23/20 and 1/7/21 a tractor and other gardening tools were stolen from an individual’s home on Mcville Rd. in Boaz.
For months now Marshall County Investigators have been working the case which has now led to the arrest of two individuals. Shawn Gaskin and Jessica Nesmith both from Boaz were arrested Friday and charged with Theft of property 1st and Burglary 3rd.
Both Gaskin and Nesmith are currently being held in the Marshall County Jail on $30,000.00 and $15,000.00 dollar bonds.
